- Consumable starter kit.
- It can cut 3/” at 15 – 20 inches per minute.
- 1” at 8 to 12 inches per minute.
- 1 ¼” at 3-5 inches per minute.
2. EVERLAST Power-ARC 200STI 200amp TIG Stick IGBT Welder 110/220 Dual Voltage
This is a combination welder that can perform TIG processes and stick processes. The machine weighs only 30 pounds and measures 15” x 11” x 7”. The external housing is made from stainless steel.
You can use this machine with a common 110 volt house current or with a heavier 220 volt house current. When using the 110 volt current the machine can handle a 3/32 rod size, and with the 220 volt current it can handle rod sizes of 5/32nd and 1/8.
The controls on the machine are simple and easy to understand. The instruction manual is concise and once you have set the machine up a couple of times you will not even have to refer back to the machine.
It is amazing quiet for a welding machine. It also creates smooth welds that need very little cleanup after you are finished. It is perfect for hobby welders, homeowners, shop owners, and more.

3. EVERLAST Power-ARC 140 140amp Lift Start TIG / Stick IGBT Welder Dual Voltage
This Everlast combination welder has 25mm DINSE style connectors that twist as they are going in place and lock into position so they do not come unconnected while you are working.
The TIG torch has a manual gas valve built into the handle to help you control the heat settings perfectly as you weld. This precise heat control allows you to weld stainless steel, aluminum, most thin metals, and even metals that are not smooth, or metals that have been painted, or have rusted.
It is a dual voltage machine that can be operated on 110 volt currents and on 240 volt currents. It can perform SMAW welding processes or DC GTAW welding processes. When using the 110 volt current the machine will have a maximum 85 amp output, but with the 240 volt current the machine output will be as much as 140 amps.
The welder has an automatic hot start that will help prevent your electrodes from sticking while you are welding. That means less splatter and less after weld cleaning of the piece.
It comes with a 17v TIG torch, a work clamp and cable, a stick electrode holder with the necessary cable, a wire brush, and a high impact resistant carry case made of plastic.

About the Everlast Brand
The Everlast welding machines and generators are made by Everlast Power Products Inc. They are an e-based company that started their business operations in 2004 in San Francisco.
Since they began their operations they have quickly became synonymous with high quality welding machines. This reputation for quality products is why they are now selling their products in many countries.
When they began to design their products they decided it made sense to figure out what the customer would want from a welding machine. When they were pretty certain they knew what their customers would want the most they turned over that list to their design crew and asked them to make sure their products had the list of features designed into them.
The products are constructed off-shore. They are all crafted using the best name brand parts, and the company takes customer satisfaction and customer support very seriously. The customer support teams for Everlast Power Products are all located in the United States.
The company takes pride in producing a quality item at a low cost to the consumer. Most of their ability to keep prices low centers on the fact that they do not have the same overhead cost that most of the traditional manufacturers, and suppliers have.
When you go to buy a welding machine you want to purchase one that is reliable, durable, built to last, and made by a company you can trust. Everlast Power Products Inc. is a relatively new manufacturer of these devices, but in the time they have been making welders and generators they have proven to be an honest company, that wants to provide the best product they can.
